Milan Hosta, se že 20 let terapevtsko izjemno uspešno ukvarja z dihanjem. Kot doktor filozofije in diplomirani profesor športne vzgoje s certifikatom za izvajanje Butejkove metode dihanja in opravljenim tečajem za voditelja Astma šole pri bolnišnici Golnik ter usposabljanjem pod vodstvom znanega dihalnega terapevta Dan-a Brule-ja, s poznavanjem Wim Hof metode, povezanega, holotropnega in terapevtskega dihanja in nekaterih tehnik pranayame, je razvil celostno metodo soočanja s stresom, čustvovanjem in nekaterimi kroničnimi simptomi šibkega zdravja imenovano Dihalnica.

Dihalnica (delavnica)

dr. Milan Hosta na delavnici poveže telo, um in duha v nedeljivo celoto. Šele na tak način lahko vsakdo razvije pravo senzibilnost pri soočanju s tiste vrste stresom, ki počasi a vztrajno nažira dobro počutje posameznika. Na delavnici vas nauči izmeriti, koliko kisika je v vaših celicah, kako odpreti dihalne poti in ožilje ter zmanjšati zakisanost telesa s pomočjo dihanja. Poleg tega bo delil še nekaj praktičnih nasvetov za učinkovito dihanje pri športu. Delavnica traja 90 minut.
