Marina Škrobot (profesorica kineziologije) je že od majhnih nog zaljubljena v šport.
Verjame v to, da se učimo in dokazujemo svoje delo, skozi celo življenje.
Redno se udeležuje različnih mednarodnih seminarjev, tečajev, ter tako nadgrajuje in izpopolnjuje svoje znanje.
V vsakdanjem življenju svoje znanje prenaša na različne skupine. Trenutno deluje v Puli, za sabo pa ima bogate praktične izkušnje.
My name is Marina Škrobot. I was born on 12th November 1982 in Koprivnica (Croatia).
Since I was a little girl I loved physical activities and everything has started with handball which I have played for many years. The love towards sport led me to the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb where I have graduated in the field of fitness and became a kinesiology professor. I constantly try to learn something new and improve myself, so until today I have participated on a large number of seminars, training courses and workshops in Croatia and abroad.
Every day I am improving my acquired knowledge by leading individual and group trainings. I worked in several fitness centers in Zagreb, and when I moved to Pula I worked as sports coach at Polyclinic Peharec for 2 years. In 2011 I became a part of Aerobic & Pilates studio Pump’n’Jump where I currently work.
I worked on creation and development of the M-Body Motion program for 5 years and in 2016 I presented it to the public on the Days of beauty and fitness in Zagreb. The program has emerged as a response to different mainstream and short term training programs in fitness industry. It is designed as program that will not only be a one-season trend in fitness. Accordingly, I hold M-Body Motion seminars through which I transfer my knowledge and skills to other trainers.
M Body Motion
M-Body Motion je program, pri katerem sta pomembni tako fizična kot psihična komponenta vadbe. Vadba zaradi tega spada v programe telesa in uma. Vadbe so kompleksne, njihov cilj je mobilnost, stabilizacija, krepitev in prilagodljivost. Glavne značilnosti vadbe so fluidnost in raznolikost vaj, ki bazirajo na jogi, pilatesu in gimnastiki. Na osnovni ravni program popravi držo, oblikuje in krepi mišice, pri čemer je ena noga vedno na tleh. V nadaljevanju program vpliva tudi na sistem srčno-dihalnega treninga z dvigom pulza ter nadzorovanimi skoki. Vaje so zasnovane tako, da vam omogočajo uporabo lastnega telesa in drugih rekvizitov, ki so običajni v programih vadbe, kot so: softball, toning kroglice, trening palice in trakovi (TRX), balansirni stroki, obročki in športna palica.
M-Body Motion temelji tako na osnovni kot na napredni ravni in je zato primeren za vsako starost in spol. V čem se M-Body vadba razlikuje od drugih? Po število kompleksnih in tekočih vaj in večji amplitudi gibanja. Večina teh vaj je izvedena v stoječem položaju in vsi premiki so nadzorovani. Program je usmerjen v stabilizacijo sklepov in preprečevanju mišičnega neravnovesja. Program prav tako pomaga tistim, ki imajo zaradi svojega načina življenja premalo ali neenakomerno gibanje s popravljanjem drže in uvajanjem novih vzorcev gibanja in krepitve okoliških mišičnih struktur. M-Body Motion se lahko izvaja tudi na usposabljanjih za profesionalne športnike v obliki preprečevanja poškodb (preventivi) in ciljnega dostopa do določenih regij telesa. Praksa je pokazala, da M-Body Motion zmanjšuje ali popolnoma lajša bolečine v hrbtenici, kolenu, bokih in ramenih.
M-Body Motion is a program where physical and psychic component of the exercise is activated, meaning that it belongs to the body & mind programs. The workouts are complex and their goal is mobility, stabilization, strengthening and flexibility. The main features are fluidity and large number and variety of exercises which have their base in yoga, Pilates and gymnastics. At the basic level program corrects posture, shapes and strengthens muscles, and one foot is always on the ground, while at the advance level the program also affects cardio-respiratory training system by raising pulse with controlled jumps. The exercises are designed to enable you to use your own body as well as the other props that are common in workout programs, such as: softball, toning balls, workout rods and straps (TRX), balancing pods, rings and gymstick.
M-Body Motion comes in basic and advanced level and it is therefore suitable for every age and gender. What differs M-Body Motion from other fitness programs is a large number of complex and fluid exercises and greater amplitude of motion. Most of these exercises are preformed in standing position and all movements are controlled. The program is targeted towards the stabilization of the joints to avoid muscular imbalance and compensation. At the same time the program helps to those who, because of their way of life, have insufficient or uneven movement by correcting their posture and introducing new patterns of movement and strengthening of the surrounding muscular structures. M-Body Motion can also be implemented in trainings for professional athletes, in the form of injury prevention and targeted access to specific body regions, depending on the type of sports and the athlete’s needs. Practice has shown that M-Body Motion reduces or completely relieves the pain in the spine, knee, hips and shoulders. The final result is enviable physical appearance and well-being.
