Na predavanju bodo deleženci spoznali 5-stopenjski sistem, ki se uporablja za pospešitev regeneracije. In the Performance Recovery System (PRS) attendees will learn the 5-step system used to expedite the recovery process. This system includes global foam rolling drills and soft tissue management, bi-phasic stretching and mobility protocols, flow based mobility sequences, neural recharge training, low intensity impact steady state cardio and parasympathetic positional breathing. At the end of this lecture, attendees will be able to implement this exact system and modalities taught into the programming for their athletes and clients and improve the regeneration and recoverability of these clients between sessions.

In this practical session, Dr. John Rusin will be bringing attendees through a hands-on performance recovery system sequence which features his go to recovery soft tissue and stretching drills, flow based mobility sequences, neural recharge training, and positional parasympathetic breathing. This session is the perfect addition to the lecture portion of the PRS to gain more practical experience with the methods and system covered. At the completion of this practical session, attendees will feel the flow and structure of the PRS, and learn how to best integrate it into programming for the enhancement of recovery and regeneration.
