Céline Louis je po desetletni karieri poklicne plesalke v Franciji opravila 500-urno izobraževanje iz somatike  ter izkustvene anatomije pri šoli Body-mind Centering v Nemčiji, ter s tem postala somatska gibalna pedagoginja. Leta 2010 je postala učiteljica pilatesa na blazini in kasneje učiteljica pilatesa na napravah (njena strast do razumevanja telesa jo je kasneje vodila še do drugih komplementarnih izobraževalnih programov).

Med drugim je opravila tudi 500-urni učiteljski program Parinama joge in  izobraževanje iz Parinama joga terapije v Sloveniji ter številna tematska izobraževanja v Franciji s fizioterapevtko Blandine Calais Germain.  Redno je poglabljala svoja znanja s področja anatomije, zdrave hrbtenice, vitalnega medeničnega dna in krepitve trebušnih mišic na varen način. V Londonu se je z Judith Lasater Hanson izobrazila s področja regenerativne joge po metodi Relax & Renew.  Do danes je opravila več kot 2700 ur študija s področja body-mind tehnik. Je ustanoviteljica Soma pilates studia v Ljubljani, kjer svoje široko znanje združuje v obliki celostnih programov pilatesa, sprostilnih ur regenerativne joge ter terapevtskih programov Zdrava hrbtenica, Vitalno medenično dno ter Varna krepitev trebušnih mišic.


After ten years of professional dancing career in France, Céline Louis completed her 500-hour Somatic education and an anatomy at the Body-mind Centering School in Germany (she became a somatic pedagogue). In 2010, she became a pilates teacher on the pillow and later a pilates teacher on devices.

She also conducted a 500-hour teacher program Parinama Yoga and education from Parinama Yoga Therapy in Slovenia. She is regularly deepened her knowledge in the field of anatomy, healthy spine, vital pelvic floor and strengthening of the abdominal muscles in a safe way. In London, Judith Lasater Hanson was educated in Relax & Renew regenerative yoga. She has completed over 2,700 hours of study in the field of body-mind techniques. She is the founder of Soma Pilates Studio in Ljubljana, where she combines her extensive knowledge in the form of integrated pilates programs, relaxing hours of regenerative yoga and therapeutic programs Healthy Spine, Vital Pelvic floor and Safe Strengthening Abdominal Muscles.

Céline bo vodila uro, ki združuje elemente pilatesa, joga in metode No risk abs, ki jo je razvila priznana fizioterapevtka Blandine Calais-Germain. Fokusirali se bomo na krepitev ob-hrbteničnih mišic v različnih položajih in na različne načine. Céline rada uporablja stoječe položaje za krepitev nog in centra telesa. Vodila vas bo skozi uravnoteženo vadbo zaradi katere se boste počutili višje in lažje.


Céline will combined elements of pilates, yoga and No risk abs, developed by renowned physiotherapist Blandine Calais-Germain. We will focus on strengthening ob-spinal muscles. Céline likes to use standing positions to strengthen the legs and the center of the body.
